Our client, a leader in the telecommunications and energy technologies sector, is seeking an experienced Controller to oversee the financial operations across multiple manufacturing locations. The ideal candidate will bring a solid accounting background, proven leadership in financial management, and experience in inventory control within a manufacturing environment.

Focus:

• Manage and oversee the company’s accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Provide financial oversight for multiple manufacturing facilities, including regular travel to different sites as required.
• Lead the preparation of financial statements, ensuring the timely delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Ensure accurate management of inventory, integrating with production and sales to maintain optimal levels.
• Implement and manage ERP systems to streamline financial operations and reporting.
• Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals across multiple locations, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Skill Set:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA designation preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, particularly in organizations with annual revenues exceeding $40 million, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles.
• Expertise in working with ERP systems to improve financial processes and reporting.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams and overseeing financial operations across multiple sites.
