Our client is a leader in accessible health solutions for local communities. With new projects on the horizon, they are hiring a Contracting Network Specialist to support the recruitment of providers and vendors into participating provider networks.
The Contracting Network Specialist will serve as the initial point of contact to establish contracts with health providers. This role will ensure providers and vendors meet credentialing requirements while maintaining network adequacy.

Focus:
• Support efforts to recruit and onboard health providers, vendors, and facilities into new contracts.
• Ensure new contracts uphold CMS and network adequacy.
• Analyze provider network, conduct market research on health plans, and provide findings to senior management.
• Support the negotiation of contracts and prepare reports and financial analysis of contract details. Maintain accurate documentation.
• Act as liaison between providers and maintain working relationships.
• Ensure compliance and best practices are upheld.
Skill Set:
• 2+ years of experience within network contracting, with a background in the healthcare industry.
• Education level: Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration or relevant study.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage and similar plans preferred.
• Expertise in PC programs, spreadsheets, data software, and applicable tools of the trade.
• Proven ability to deliver insightful and actionable data reporting.
• Subject matter expertise within health plans and managed care networks.
• Experience with and understanding of managed care medical solutions and relevant best practices surrounding network contracting.
• Team-oriented drive with a focus on the big picture and the greater good of the company.
• Quick learner and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with incredible attention to detail.
