**This is a contract role.

Focus:

• Process payroll transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Utilize IBM (CICS & IMS) and MDM systems to manage payroll data.
• Generate payroll reports and address discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
• Address employee inquiries related to payroll and resolve any issues promptly.
• Stay updated with changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Skill Set:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience with IBM (CICS & IMS) and MDM systems is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
