Our client is a leading manufacturer that delivers connected devices for the modern smart home and office. Their outstanding products are renowned in commercial and consumer markets. They are hiring a Firmware Engineer to test and maintain IoT solutions for stable, reliable, and secure products.
The Firmware Engineer will contribute significantly to their Product Development Department. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing, debugging, and testing embedded firmware, ensuring the delivery of reliable and secure products.

Focus:
• Lead the development and maintenance of firmware for embedded systems, collaborating closely with product and engineering groups.
• Conduct comprehensive testing, debugging, and monitoring to uphold the highest quality standards.
• Act as an SME in IoT, providing pivotal technical support and training to both internal teams and external users.
• Collaborate seamlessly with various departments and external partners to drive strategic planning and execution in product development and maintenance.
• Assume responsibility for documenting product defects, collaborating with the product engineering team to devise effective resolutions and enhance product reliability.
• Continuously seek out innovative approaches and technologies to maintain a competitive edge in product offerings and operational efficiency.
• Foster a collaborative environment, facilitating cross-functional communication to ensure that project objectives are clearly defined and achieved within set timelines.
Skills:
• 5+ years of product development experience, with a focus on IoT technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is essential.
• Established history of successfully developing and bringing to market innovative IoT solutions.
• Demonstrated technical acumen in connected devices, complemented by profound firmware, software, and hardware engineering expertise.
• Possess the ability to communicate complex technical data clearly and effectively across various stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and an analytical approach to problem-solving.
