Focus:
• Oversee project operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with all construction, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate between various project stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
• Analyze and interpret technical construction data, and apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, proportions, geometry, and trigonometry to solve practical problems on-site.
• Manage project documentation using industry-standard construction software tools such as Primavera, Timberline, or Vista.
• Monitor and adapt to weather and on-site conditions, ensuring that project objectives, timelines, and quality standards are met.
Skill Set:
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field and a minimum of two years’ experience in construction, or an equivalent of six years’ direct construction-related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with construction management software such as Primavera, Timberline, or Vista.
• Strong foundational knowledge in applying mathematical concepts relevant to construction.
• This role requires a combination of office work and on-site presence in various outdoor weather conditions, adapting to the dynamic environment typical of construction sites.
