The practice group boasts accomplished attorneys who serve in prominent roles and are looking to hire a Construction Law & Litigation Attorney to join their prestigious team.

Focus:
• Skillfully handle arbitration, mediation, and litigation proceedings related to construction projects, providing strategic advice on resolving disputes effectively.
• Offer counsel on selecting project delivery methods, crafting bidding strategies, and navigating project-related decisions to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Plan, structure, draft, and negotiate construction contract documents, ensuring clarity, compliance, and alignment with client goals.
• Oversee project compliance, permitting, insurance, bonding, and performance, safeguarding the successful execution of construction ventures.
• Provide valuable guidance on mitigating potential legal issues, troubleshooting troubled projects, and formulating preventative strategies.
• Collaborate closely with a diverse clientele, including owners, developers, contractors, and engineering professionals, to understand their unique legal needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Skill Set
• A minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience in handling construction transactions and disputes involving large commercial buildings, mixed-use, retail, industrial, and government projects.
• Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school, demonstrating a deep understanding of construction law principles and practices.
• Admission to the State Bar of Nevada or a willingness to sit for the next bar exam, showcasing your commitment to practicing law within the state.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey complex legal concepts to clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• A keen analytical mindset to assess intricate legal scenarios, identify potential risks, and formulate strategic solutions.
• A collaborative and team-oriented approach, allowing you to work harmoniously with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
