This role will be integral to maintaining cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting for data center construction. Focus:

Plan, organize, and execute fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within Monitor project costs, track expenditures, and analyze budget variances. Provide accurate cost forecasts and reports to support decision-making. Manage change orders, accruals, and earned value analysis to ensure financial alignment with project objectives. Prepare and present financial reports to project stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and project financial health. Thrive in a fast-paced environment by efficiently handling multiple tasks and diverse priorities. Manage and coordinate financial activities on multiple projects concurrently. Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite of Applications to support financial analysis and reporting. Some knowledge or experience in real estate is preferred to better understand project intricacies.

Skill Set:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field. Two to three years of related experience in forecasting, cost reporting, change management, accruals, and earned value. Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage various priorities. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite of Applications. Some knowledge or experience in real estate preferred. Experience in Microsoft Project is a plus.
