As a Construction Attorney, you will be instrumental in handling construction-related legal matters, including litigation, arbitration, contract preparation, and real estate transactions. Your expertise will contribute to the firm’s reputation for excellence and its commitment to growth and development.

Focus:
• Engage in construction claims, including litigation and arbitration, ensuring legal compliance and client satisfaction.
• Prepare and review construction industry contracts for various parties, including owners, contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve legal issues related to construction and real estate.
• Participate in the preparation of real estate transaction documents, including purchase agreements and security documents.
• Provide legal guidance and support to clients, maintaining a strong focus on detail, organization, and ethical practice.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and dispute resolutions related to construction projects.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to stay abreast of current laws and regulations affecting the construction industry.
• Assist in the development and implementation of legal strategies to minimize risks and protect the interests of clients.
Skill Set
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Arizona.
• 5+ years of legal experience in construction law, including litigation, arbitration, and contract preparation.
• Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques, particularly within the energy sector.
• Excellent analytical skills, proficiency in assessing legal challenges, and proposing effective solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with construction-related regulations, codes, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in legal research, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
