In the capacity of a Compliance Specialist, your pivotal role will involve ensuring alignment of our products with both domestic and global compliance standards, regulations, and laws. You will coordinate product compliance efforts for multiple material and safety standards, acting as a liaison with our compliance partner to determine the necessary actions to obtain and maintain compliance.

• Maintain a culture of continuous improvement using Lean tools and principles.

• Manage records and documents for internal Compliance Programs.
• Aid in the collection and management of data.
• Conduct assessments and generate reports that align with regulatory mandates.
• Facilitate the resolution of customer inquiries regarding compliance.
• Evaluate procedures to guarantee consistent conformity with compliance benchmarks over time.

Skill Set
• Mandatory educational background or hands-on experience is necessary.
