Our client, a distinguished leader in the telecommunications industry, is seeking a highly experienced executive to lead their UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service) division. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of UCaaS technology and a proven track record of success in developing and implementing growth strategies. They will be responsible for driving innovation and growth for the UCaaS division, ensuring that the company remains at the forefront of the UCaaS market.

Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy for the UCaaS division Set and manage revenue targets for the division Lead the sales team in achieving revenue goals Build and manage relationships with key partners and customers Analyze market trends and competitor activity Stay up-to-date on the latest UCaaS technologies
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads Manage the sales pipeline and track progress toward goals Negotiate and close deals Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to sales team members Develop and implement incentive programs for sales team members Represent the UCaaS division at industry events and conferences
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth. Deep understanding of UCaaS technology and market trends. Strong strategic and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and manage high-performance teams. Proven ability to motivate and inspire others. Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation. Experience with cloud based UCaaS solutions, SaaS sales cycles, sales force automation (SFA) tools, and relationship management (CRM) tools.
