Focus:

Direct large-scale operational execution for multiple U.S.-based datacenter deployments, overseeing full lifecycle from site acquisition through commissioning and operational handoff.

Collaborate with engineering leadership to design and deploy ultra-high-performance datacenters with a focus on advanced cooling technologies, high compute density, and AI workload optimization.

Lead efforts around permitting, compliance, and zoning across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring all development aligns with local, state, and federal regulations.

Build and manage supplier networks for critical infrastructure components (power, cooling, mechanical, electrical) balancing performance, cost, and delivery efficiency.

Establish operational KPIs and financial controls to drive excellence in both CAPEX and OPEX-intensive projects.

Work closely with technology and infrastructure teams to ensure systems (GPU clusters, network fabrics, thermal management) are optimized for AI-intensive operations.

Recruit, develop, and lead a high-caliber team including project management, facilities, compliance, and operations specialists.

Ensure seamless operational readiness aligned with customer contracts and delivery expectations, maintaining exceptional client engagement standards.

Serve as a key operational representative with investors, partners, regulators, and major clients.

Skill Set:

10–20+ years leading operations for major datacenter platforms (experience with rapidly scaling environments highly preferred).

Hands-on experience with next-generation datacenter architectures, liquid cooling systems, and high-performance computing environments.

Proven success scaling operational frameworks in startup or high-growth phases, not just managing existing assets.

Deep familiarity with U.S. datacenter site selection, energy procurement, interconnection processes, and multi-phase construction.

Strong background managing EPC vendors, phased build-outs, and large-scale construction programs.

Awareness of cutting-edge hardware (e.g., NVIDIA server roadmaps, system-level AI optimizations).

Knowledge of EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) standards and sustainability frameworks.
