Our client is a global manufacturer of precision component products developed for military, healthcare, and industrial OEMs. With a global presence and a commitment to excellence, they are dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. They are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead their financial operations and provide strategic guidance to the executive team. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial functions, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, tax planning, and treasury operations.

Focus:
• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
• Manage the company’s financial planning and budgeting processes, including regular forecasting and variance analysis.
• Provide timely and accurate financial reporting to the executive team, board of directors, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee the company’s accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external auditors, bankers, and other financial partners.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize the company’s tax liabilities.
• Manage the company’s treasury operations, including cash management, credit facilities, and investments.
• Participate in strategic decision-making as a member of the executive team.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team.
Skill Set:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 7-10+ years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, leading multinational organizations.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial company is required.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience as a CPA and/or public accounting role.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with financial systems and software, such as ERP and BI tools such as SAP Great Plains.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Working fluency in Spanish is a plus.
