Our client is a leading SaaS company looking to scale rapidly from $10M to $50M in revenue in the next few years. They are looking for a CFO who can help them achieve this goal by developing and executing a sound financial strategy, building and managing a high-performing finance team, and providing accurate and timely financial reporting and forecasting.

The ideal candidate will have experience in financial forecasting and modeling, as well as a deep understanding of the SaaS business model. They will also be a strong leader and communicator, with the ability to work effectively with the CEO and other members of the executive team.

Focus:

• Develop and implement a financial strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
• Build and manage a high-performing finance team.
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Provide accurate and timely financial reporting and forecasting.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage the company’s capital structure and ensure compliance with all financial regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, bankers, and auditors.

Skill Set:

• 10+ years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably at a SaaS company.
• Strong financial forecasting and modeling skills.
• Deep understanding of the SaaS business model.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• CPA or equivalent designation is preferred.
