Our client is a prominent provider of integrated communication solutions that enable remote and multi-location work environments. They are currently hiring a CFO to execute the strategy and plan for finance and accounting that aligns with, and supports, the company’s strategic goals, and facilitates growth in revenue.

The CFO will be responsible for the oversight and verification of financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, and regulatory compliance. This individual will manage internal controls and accounting policies with a focus on producing highly accurate financial results.

Focus:

Consult with CEO and leadership team on organizational goals, strategic road-mapping, and cross-departmental challenges. Manage forecasting and FP&A activities to include budgeting, reporting, and treasury. Direct the preparation of all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and monthly financial reviews. Coordinate and participate in annual audit activities with external auditors. Act as main point of contact when it comes to budgets – ensuring all projects and departments stay within scope and budget. Lead teams within accounting, finance, and project management to support operations and overall company goals. Compile data sets and generate accurate reports that provide value-add to decision making throughout the company. Support continuous improvement initiatives within accounting systems, service offerings, communication, and processes to positively impact all levels of the organization. Collaborate with the CEO to facilitate investor relations and fundraising endeavors.

Skill Set:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. CPA and MBA are preferred. Prior experience in a Chief Financial Officer or Director of Finance role. Demonstrated expertise in the Telecom and SaaS sectors, as well as a deep understanding of telecom taxation. Well-versed in executing strategies within the Channel Sales ecosystem. In-depth understanding of accounting functions, financial law, and risk management. Knowledge of best practices and regulations surrounding finance and accounting. Strong grasp of corporate governance, equity management, data analysis, and forecasting techniques. Track record of process improvement and delivering value to a company through financial planning and leadership.
