Focus:

Accurately prepare, label, and package prescription medications under licensed pharmacist supervision, following strict regulatory and safety standards.

Assist with preparation of IV medications and specialized pharmaceutical products using sterile techniques.

Enter and manage prescription and billing data in pharmacy information systems to ensure timely reimbursement and order fulfillment.

Maintain inventory control by receiving shipments, rotating stock, and monitoring medication expiration dates.

Support pharmacy quality assurance efforts by assisting in the final verification process and preparing medications for timely delivery.

Ensure all workspaces, cleanrooms, and equipment are maintained to meet safety, cleanliness, and calibration standards.

Work closely with leadership to meet operational goals and deliver superior service to patients and partner facilities.

Skill Set:

Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician Certification issued by the State of Indiana.

Experience in a hospital, retail, or specialty pharmacy setting is preferred.

Strong commitment to quality, compliance, and patient safety.

Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

A team-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.
