Our client, a frontrunner in the healthcare sector, leverages advanced coding and diagnosis to meticulously track mental health metrics. By capitalizing on annual evaluations, they assess eligibility for extended testing and ensure continuous care for those with chronic conditions.
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Case Manager to join their remote call center team. This role requires a strong background in handling high-volume calls, particularly in a work-from-home environment, with a focus on achieving monthly performance goals.

Focus:
• Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing support and guidance to patients experiencing chronic pain, depression, anxiety, and cognitive challenges.
• Address and resolve customer issues, employing empathy and professionalism in every interaction.
• Maintain strict confidentiality when working with patient information, adhering to HIPAA compliance standards in a secure and private home office environment.
• Demonstrate high levels of integrity and responsibility in handling sensitive information.
Skill Set:
• 3-5 years of proven success in a high-volume call center, preferably in a remote setting, with a track record of meeting or exceeding monthly goals.
• Strong experience in resolving customer issues and navigating challenging situations, especially with vulnerable populations.
• Ability to handle sensitive patient information with the utmost confidentiality, in compliance with HIPAA standards.
• Proficiency in Spanish is preferred, enabling more effective communication with diverse patient populations.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a suitable home office setup to support remote work.
• Experience working with patients in chronic pain or with mental health conditions preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on empathy and patience.
