Our client is a leader in accessible health solutions for rural communities. To support their continued growth, they are hiring a Call Center Representative to support sales growth through building and maintaining client relationships.
The Call Center Representative will be responsible for supporting the sales team to reach sales goals within the health plan market and strengthen existing member relationships as well as form new ones. To be successful in the role, this individual should have strong customer service background with experience in the health insurance industry.

Focus:
Support health plan sales by providing product expertise and information to clients via various channels as needed. Educate clients about health plans, identifying matching plans, services, and assisting through the enrollment process. Establish and nurture strong relationships with members and potential clients to grow revenue. Work cross-functionally with internal supervisors, managers, training staff, and customer service representatives. Manage documentation and CRM, utilizing functions for scheduling and account management. Successfully meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals. Stay current on all CMS rules and regulations as they pertain to duties assigned.
Skill Set:
1+ years of call center experience preferred. Background or knowledge of health insurance space. Previous sales experience preferred, but not required. High School Diploma required; Higher education preferred. Familiarity with common Microsoft products, CRM, and sales software, a strong plus. Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening, presentation, and writing skills. Self-starter with a strong competitive drive while remaining a positive team player.
