As part of their ongoing growth strategy, they are seeking a Business Development Manager specializing in OEM and integrators.
In this instrumental role, you will serve as the face of the company, employing a consultative approach to align tailored solutions with the unique needs of our clientele. Your core responsibilities will revolve around identifying and securing new business prospects, while also effectively nurturing and expanding existing accounts. The role mandates dynamic engagement in both sales and technical dialogues with clients, coupled with active involvement throughout the lifecycle of communication initiatives – from proposal and requisites definition to meticulous project planning and seamless execution. Focus:

• Identify existing DAS venues lacking maintenance contracts and develop targeted support strategies.
• Skillfully craft client presentations and meticulously prepare compelling proposals and documentation.
• Employ a proactive approach to aggressively secure sales opportunities.
• Adhere rigorously to the client’s established protocols for designing and fulfilling wireless solutions.
• Embrace diverse tasks and activities that contribute to your comprehensive understanding of the business.
• Expected business travel.
Skill Set:
• Minimum 2 years of consultative sales experience in high-tech solutions.
• Mandatory high school diploma (or equivalent). Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business/Communication or related field.
• Proficiency in Telecommunications, Networking, Wireless, Cellular, or Facility industry (preferred).
• Strong team player with a customer-centric focus and exceptional communication skills.
