Our client is a leader in designing, manufacturing, and distributing technically advanced products for the broadcasting and film industries. They are currently hiring a Business Development Manager to support the growth of sales and expand the market reach of their innovative Sustainable Power Supply (SPS) products. The ideal candidate will be at the forefront of driving sales in new verticals, using their expertise to introduce these advanced products.
This position not only involves strategic sales development but also managing a dynamic team, ensuring that new SPS products integrate seamlessly into the broadcasting, film, and video production markets. The role requires a visionary approach to create and nurture new sales channels and build lasting relationships in the industry.

Drive business development initiatives for innovative power supply products in new market segments. Lead strategy development and execution for a sustainable power product line within the Americas. Oversee the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, focusing on new business development. Develop and execute regional sales plans and strategies for SPS products. Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to drive sales initiatives. Provide insights to product management and design engineering teams based on customer feedback. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and influencers. Manage and grow a sales team dedicated to introducing advanced power solutions. Represent the company’s advanced product range at industry events and conferences
Extensive experience in technical sales/business development, preferably in high-tech industries. Bachelor’s degree in business, commercial studies, or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred. Demonstrated success in managing teams in relevant sectors. Expertise in developing and executing innovative sales strategies. Strong relational skills, particularly in new client acquisition and network expansion. Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills. Proficiency in IT tools, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and CRM systems. Adept at balancing detail-oriented tasks with broad, strategic goals. Commitment to advancing corporate social responsibility and environmental stewardship. Salary: $100K-$130K
