Develop and implement strategic initiatives, with a specific focus on Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), to foster the expansion of the company’s portfolio. Identify and evaluate opportunities within the DAS landscape that align with business objectives, contributing significantly to the growth of the DAS portfolio. Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers. Understand customer needs and collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions.
Actively pursue new business opportunities for portfolio diversification. Explore innovative approaches to enhance and broaden service offerings. Conduct comprehensive market research to stay informed about industry trends. Utilize market insights to position offerings effectively and capitalize on opportunities.
A minimum of 7 years of industry experience, demonstrating a profound understanding of integrated infrastructure solutions, with a specific focus on Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS). Demonstrated success in business development and/or account management roles, with a track record of driving revenue growth and fostering lasting customer relationships. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex solutions to diverse audiences. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, enabling the identification and pursuit of market opportunities. Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and surpassing business development targets.
