Key Responsibilities:

• Technology Integration & Optimization: Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of both third-party and custom-built software solutions to streamline operations and support company growth.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to identify system requirements and develop applications that enhance efficiency and productivity.
• System Oversight: Manage the development, configuration, and maintenance of critical systems, including SCADA and other operational tools, ensuring they meet performance and reliability standards.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a diverse team of analysts and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and align technological solutions accordingly.
• Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors to evaluate and implement new technologies, ensuring they meet the company’s operational requirements.
• Project Management: Apply project management methodologies to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Over 7 years of experience in business systems analysis or a related IT field.
• Proficiency in managing and optimizing SCADA systems and other operational technologies.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and development.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with SQL databases and data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
