The Business Analyst will be instrumental in analyzing and improving business processes, translating requirements into robust software solutions, and overseeing the entire development lifecycle, contributing to the ongoing success of financial systems.

Focus:

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements related to bank commercial loan systems.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of the existing loan systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Develop comprehensive solutions using SDLC methodologies, considering both waterfall and agile approaches, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Foster effective communication and alignment between business units and IT teams, ensuring the successful achievement of project objectives.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of financial systems.
• Create detailed documentation for business processes, system designs, and any necessary training materials.

Skill Set:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Business Analysis: Minimum 3 years of professional experience with a demonstrated track record of improving business processes.
• Bank Commercial Loan Systems: Proficiency in this domain is essential, including a deep understanding of its operational intricacies.
• SDLC Proficiency: Advanced mastery of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, encompassing both waterfall and agile methodologies, for translating business requirements into comprehensive software solutions and managing the development lifecycle.
• Professional certifications in Business Analysis or Project Management (e.g., CBAP, PMP) are advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
