BD Executive – Wireless Public Safety Solutions
Our client, a renowned leader in the public safety industry, is on a mission to bridge the communication gap, ensuring that communities and emergency responders are always connected. With an unwavering commitment to public safety, they collaborate with federal, state, and local entities to deliver rapid, well-placed wireless infrastructure solutions. They are currently seeking a dynamic Carrier Sales Business Development Director to introduce their innovative solutions to major carrier teams at AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile.

Focus:
Actively drive business development initiatives by knocking on doors and engaging with carrier teams at AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile.
Collaborate closely with public safety personnel, including fire chiefs, to promote PSTC solutions and kick off carrier market offices.
Define and oversee the complete project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and client needs.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, public safety agencies, and other key stakeholders to facilitate market entry and growth.
Engage in regular travel (approximately 60%) for client visits, site assessments, and market development activities.
Skill Set:
A minimum of 5+ years of wireless experience, particularly in carrier markets.
Proven vendor experience with a strong sales background in carrier markets.
A “hunter” mentality with a passion for business development and aggressive sales tactics.
Must be comfortable with 60% travel.
Excitement about working for a startup and contributing to a mission-driven organization.
Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of advocating for the company’s mission to diverse audiences.
Experience balancing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
