Automotive Services – Site Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager for our client’s fast-paced Automotive Service Center. Focus:
Oversee daily operations of the automotive service center, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of technicians and service staff to meet performance and customer service goals.
Drive revenue growth by increasing sales volume through effective customer service, upselling, and identifying business opportunities.
Interact directly with customers, providing exceptional service and addressing any questions or concerns related to services, repairs, and vehicle maintenance.
Manage store budget, track inventory, monitor service sales, and ensure profitability. Be highly focused on numbers and quick to adapt to new systems and reports.
Ensure all services and repairs are completed to the highest quality and adhere to company standards.
Maintain safety standards, ensure compliance with local laws, and stay up to date with industry regulations.
Skill Set:
At least 5 years of experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role at an automotive service center.
Must live within driving distance of Edison, NJ.
Ability to manage store finances, including sales tracking, budgeting, and inventory management.
Ability to motivate yourself and the team to hit sales targets and earn high commissions.
Willingness to work 4 weekdays plus Saturdays.
Ability to quickly grasp new systems, processes, and tools.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, provide guidance, and drive performance.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
