Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a talented Anti-Trust Litigation Associate to join their team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will be a 4th-year associate with direct antitrust litigation experience, ideally on the defense side. This role will involve a mix of litigation and counseling work, including significant collaboration with the firm’s Government Enforcement and Investigations team.

Focus:

Handle complex antitrust litigation matters, primarily on the defense side.

Provide strategic counseling on antitrust and competition law matters to a diverse range of clients.

Collaborate with the Government Enforcement and Investigations team on enforcement actions, investigations, and compliance issues.

Stay abreast of developments in antitrust law and advise clients accordingly.

Participate in client development activities to support the growth of antitrust practice.

Skill Set:

JD from an accredited law school.

Experience working with government enforcement agencies or in regulatory investigations.

A proactive approach to business development and client engagement.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.

At least 4 years of experience in antitrust litigation, ideally from a smaller firm or a comparable setting.

Experience counseling clients on antitrust and competition law matters (approximately 50% of the role).

Must be DC barred or eligible for admission to the DC bar (firm will pay for bar fees).

Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
