Focus:

Supervise personnel and oversee daily production operations across personalized assembly processes.

Manage shift scheduling, ensure adherence to production timelines, and escalate machine maintenance needs as required.

Conduct quality checks, resolve functional issues, and support defect resolution in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Track material usage and waste, monitor workflow data, and complete daily production reports with detailed entries.

Support basic HR functions such as timekeeping, approving time off, and conducting team member evaluations.

Promote and ensure compliance with company safety standards and procedures.

Collaborate with upstream and downstream departments to align production goals with business and customer demands.

Provide hands-on leadership support across multiple departments during off-shift hours.

Skill Set:

Associate degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing or production supervision preferred.

3+ years of experience in a fast-paced production setting, ideally with supervisory duties.

Proficient in basic computer operations, reporting, and timekeeping systems.

Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Comfortable operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and navigating standard manufacturing equipment.
