Our client is a leading medical group specializing in weight loss management and looking to expand their team due to rapid growth. Are you a Registered Nurse looking to make a real difference in the lives of patients seeking to achieve their weight loss goals? Our client is looking to hire an Aesthetic/IV Infusion Therapy RN to do just that!

In this position, you’ll work closely with a team of physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized weight loss plans for patients. You’ll play a critical role in conducting patient assessments, administering medications and treatments, and educating patients on healthy lifestyle choices.

Focus:

• Consult and treat patients on various cosmetic procedures such as Botox and vitamin IVs, and injections.
• Conduct patient assessments, including taking vital signs and recording medical history.
• Be hands-on in assisting physicians with prescription refills and weight loss consultations.
• Update and manage charting in EMR system.
• Develop and implement personalized weight loss plans for patients, in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
• Provide patients with suitable diets and exercise regimens to improve overall health and make their goals a reality.
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, providing excellent customer service and education to patients along the way.
• Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations and protocols.

Skill Set:

• Current and unblemished California RN license
• 2+ years of experience working as a Registered Nurse, with a passion for patient care.
• Up-to-date CPR and BLS certification, along with a background administering injections and IV therapy, including Botox.
• A strong medical knowledge base, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a natural curiosity to explore new treatment modalities.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to document paperwork and treatment plans using EMR systems, all while maintaining a lively and positive attitude.
• Proven ability to consult with patients through all communication channels, leading with an outgoing, upbeat personality.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and support patients in achieving their goals, while creating a welcoming and positive patient experience.
• Willingness to help in other areas of practice when available, being a flexible team player.
• A compassionate and empathetic disposition, with a strong commitment to patient care and well-being.
