Be part of a dynamic department handling over 45,000 invoices monthly

Focus:

Perform high-volume invoice processing in a shared services environment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Collaborate with internal and external contacts to validate invoice data and resolve discrepancies.

Utilize Oracle Fusion and Inspire (prior experience not required—training provided) to manage AP transactions.

Maintain meticulous records for auditing and reporting purposes.

Apply prioritization methods to manage payment timelines and ensure vendor satisfaction.

Use Excel for basic functions such as filtering, sorting, and navigating large datasets.

Support weekly reporting, payment tracking, and special projects as assigned.

Skill Set:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

1+ year of professional experience in data entry, finance, or accounting is a plus—but not mandatory.

Comfort with Excel and large volumes of data entry (training available for the right candidate).

Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently while contributing to a larger team environment.

Excellent communication and follow-up skills with internal stakeholders.
