Our client, a respected entity in the semiconductor industry, is actively seeking an Account Manager. This role revolves around nurturing and enhancing strategic sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring a harmonized alignment with customer and organizational objectives.
The Account Manager will be a pillar of operational excellence, fostering seamless collaborations across various departments such as Sales, Production Planning, and Customer Service, and embodying a commitment to resolving customer issues with agility and precision.

Focus:
• Foster strong relationships through daily interactions with customers, addressing immediate operational and strategic needs to ensure satisfaction and business continuity.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate data within the forecasting system, adjusting for customer forecasts, pricing, and related operational parameters.
• Take charge of monthly forecast reviews, ensuring precision and alignment with current trends and organizational objectives.
• Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams, navigating through forecast commitments, upside requests, and billing resolutions.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the sales team, engaging in strategic discussions and decision-making processes to address key business activities and challenges.
• Drive visibility across operational planning domains, ensuring a well-coordinated approach towards resource allocation, demand fulfillment, and revenue objectives.
• Lead preparation and coordination efforts for Quarterly Customer Business Reviews, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and business strategies.
• Optimize quotation and pricing processes, ensuring timely updates and alignment with customer requirements and business objectives.
• Champion a customer-centric approach, enhancing communication, collaboration, and overall service delivery to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Skill Set:
• Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Comfortable in customer-facing roles, capable of managing customer needs and queries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and departments.
• Familiarity with CRM systems for managing customer information and sales forecasts.
