Our client, a leader in the temperature control systems industry, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for a strategic professional with a strong background in financial management and a keen ability to align business objectives with operational execution. The ideal hire will cultivate strategic partnerships, oversee portfolio management, and drive business expansion and optimization efforts.

Focus:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
• Oversee financial operations related to assigned accounts, aligning strategies with company goals.
• Utilize data-driven insights and automation tools to enhance account management processes.
• Partner cross-functionally to streamline operations, enhance customer experience, and propel business results.
• Prepare and present financial reports, leveraging Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office Suite tools.
• Play a key role in launching new initiatives and ventures, driving strategic growth and operational excellence.
• Provide leadership within the team, fostering a culture of collaboration and efficiency.
Skill Set:
• 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing or related industries.
• Familiarity with complex corporate environments is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• CPA designation or membership in the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) is required.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other essential business applications.
• Ability to interpret business objectives and translate them into actionable priorities.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
