As an Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of our commercial division, reporting directly to senior leadership. Your primary role will be to target new commercial accounts and nurture existing relationships. This position will see you attending sales discussions with potential clients, presenting our top-tier product solutions, and fostering ongoing relationships with an established base of commercial accounts. Your proactive engagement with new commercial clients, comprehensive account profiling, and strategic market approaches will be pivotal in driving customer growth, increased revenue, and enhanced customer retention.

Focus:
• Target new and nurture existing commercial accounts in collaboration with senior sales leadership.
• Engage in sales discussions with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored product solutions.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with a broad base of commercial accounts.
• Spearhead sales initiatives to onboard new commercial clients.
• Develop in-depth account profiles, emphasizing key decision-makers within the assigned account base.
• Deploy both tactical and strategic market approaches to achieve growth, resulting in increased revenue and customer loyalty.
• Deliver accurate sales forecasts across various timeframes.
• Harness internal platforms to optimize quote volume.
• Consistently utilize CRM tools for all sales-centric activities.
Skill Set:
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of the telecommunications industry, especially broadband, unified communications, and managed services.
• Proficient in crafting and spearheading sales presentations to prospective clients, including those at the executive level.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales analytics tools.
• Demonstrated adaptability to rapidly changing market conditions and business needs.
• Strong interpersonal abilities, adept at fostering and maintaining meaningful relationships.
• Exceptional communication skills, adept at collaborating across all organizational levels.
